NGO Job Vacancy 2025: Field Supervisor at Support Nepal (SNP) – Dhanusha

Support Nepal (SNP), a leading not-for-profit NGO established in 1996, has been working to eliminate inequality and injustice faced by poor and marginalized communities. With support from Plan International Nepal, SNP is implementing the Girls Standing Strong (GSS) Project in Dhanusha district, Madhesh Province.

This project aims to end child marriage and forced marriage, empowering girls and young women to become equal and active citizens.

📌 Position Details

  • Job Title: Field Supervisor (Female)
  • Number of Vacancy: 1
  • Duty Station: Shahidnagar Municipality or Kamala Municipality, Dhanusha, Madhesh Province
  • Duration: Till March 2026 (with possibility of extension)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement daily field-level project activities.
  • Mobilize community volunteers, youths, CoC, and FCHVs.
  • Organize training, workshops, and meetings in project areas.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Officer (PO), Project Coordinator (PC), and GESI/MERL Officers.
  • Manage field-level project data, compile reports, and update the online data portal.
  • Maintain strong communication with local government, schools, and communities.
  • Document case studies, success stories, and field experiences.
  • Support project activities related to SRHR, ECD, and youth empowerment.

📚 Minimum Qualifications

  • Completed Intermediate/+2 in Health, Education, or Development Studies.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Field Supervisor or Social Mobilizer in integrated projects (ECD, SRHR, youth, child protection).
  • Preference will be given to local female candidates from Shahidnagar or Kamala Municipality, Dhanusha.

💡 Required Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of gender transformative approaches.
  • Understanding of Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR), child protection, youth empowerment, and Early Childhood Development (ECD).
  • Skills in data management, reporting, and social mobilization.
  • Ability to work with children, teachers, youth, and local government.
  • Excellent writing skills in Nepali and English (local language preferred).

🛠 Additional Skills

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in networking with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Drive, email/internet, and social media.
