- Review and verify invoices, vouchers, and financial documentation before processing payments.
- Perform roles in WAVE (API, ARI & ARM) ensuring accurate posting and document filing.
- Handle VAT refunds, online postings, and IOM WAVE settlements.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and ensure timely payment clearance.
- Review staff travel expenses, DSA rates, and settlements.
- Manage cash transactions in absence of cashier/treasurer.
- Follow up on operational advances and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support teamwork and contribute to a professional working environment.
๐ Education & Experience
- Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline with 2 years of professional experience, OR
- High School diploma with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and cash handling.
- Skilled in MS Excel, Word, and financial software.
