Educational Qualification
Applicants must have:
- Passed Proficiency Certificate Level (+2) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community mobilization or rural development.
- At least 1 year of experience in the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) sector.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working on donor-funded development projects at the local government level.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and community mobilization skills.
- Good report writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and rural communities.
