Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Experience Required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in ISP Sales & Marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management
- Drive branch profitability and revenue growth.
- Monitor financial performance and optimize EBITDA.
- Maintain strict budget control and compliance with company policies.
Sales and Marketing
- Lead sales growth initiatives to increase customer acquisition and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the subscriber base.
- Execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Customer Service and Retention
- Implement customer retention strategies to reduce churn rates.
- Ensure timely service delivery and effective technical support.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage branch employees in coordination with the HR department.
- Monitor staff productivity and ensure policy compliance.
- Foster a high-performance work culture.
Market Analysis and Strategy
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Manage contracts and support strategic decision-making processes.
