Educational Qualification

  • Monitor financial performance and optimize EBITDA.

Sales and Marketing

  • Lead sales growth initiatives to increase customer acquisition and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the subscriber base.
  • Execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Customer Service and Retention

  • Implement customer retention strategies to reduce churn rates.
  • Ensure timely service delivery and effective technical support.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage branch employees in coordination with the HR department.
