1. Project Manager Specialist Outreach Camp (PMSC)
Location: Pokhara Headquarters
Monthly Salary
NPR 152,282
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Social Work, Sociology, Medical Field or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Medical sector experience is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Specialist Outreach Camp planning and implementation.
- Manage project operations, logistics and healthcare teams.
- Coordinate with NGOs and INGOs.
- Ensure safeguarding and quality healthcare standards.
- Prepare reports, maintain project documentation and monitor outcomes.
- Supervise project staff and manage resources efficiently.
Required Skills
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination.
- Leadership and team management.
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Photoshop.
- Ability to work in remote healthcare environments.
2. Senior Medical Information and System Assistant (SMISA)

Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Field.
- Master’s Degree in Medical, Management or IT.
- Minimum one year of clinical experience.
- Valid registration with the respective Medical Professional Council.
Key Responsibilities

- Customize PatientSource Medical Information System.
- Develop SQL reports and Power BI dashboards.
- Monitor medical KPIs.

- Minimum 3 years of work experience.
- Registered with Nepal Health Professional Council or Nepal Nursing Council.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary healthcare services.
- Conduct home visits for pensioners.
- Manage clinic facilities.
- Dispense medicines.
- Deliver healthcare in remote communities.
Preferred Skills
- Motorcycle license.
- Experience in remote healthcare.
- Good communication in English and Nepali.
