Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank as a “D” class national-level microfinance institution, announces multiple career opportunities in its central, regional, and branch offices. We are seeking qualified and experienced Nepali citizens for the following positions:
Available Positions & Requirements
1. Central Office (Finance, Internal Audit, HR & Training, Administration, IT)
- Positions: Assistant Manager / Senior Officer / Officer
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant subject.
- Experience: At least 3 years in officer-level role in relevant department of a bank or financial institution.
- Priority: Candidates with higher education and specialized skills in banking, accounting, or IT.
2. Regional Manager / Monitoring Officer
- Positions: Assistant Officer / Junior Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in management or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as branch head or 5 years as monitoring officer in a microfinance institution.
3. Branch Manager / Supervisor / Senior Assistant
- Qualification: Minimum 10+2 (Intermediate) in management or related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years in microfinance institution as branch head or supervisory role.
4. Field Staff (Assistant / Junior Assistant / Trainee)
- Qualification: SLC/SEE or above.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in microfinance field work.
- Other Requirements: Valid motorcycle/scooter driving license preferred.
5. Trainee
- Qualification: SLC/SEE
- Experience: Freshers
Age Limit:
- Managerial Level: 21–45 years
- Officer Level: 21–40 years
- Other Positions: 18–35 years
- Note: For female candidates, upper age limit is increased by 5 years.
Service Type:
Permanent / Temporary / Contract (based on mutual agreement)
Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test, interview, or both.
