- Bachelorโs degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and devices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on-call duties.

- Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
- Availability for field visits and on-site support.

๐ Job Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency).
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues within SLA timelines.
- Document network configurations, processes, and infrastructure changes.
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for escalated issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments & clients for issue resolution.
- Maintain network KPIs & KRAs in alignment with company targets.
- Configure, install, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other devices.
- Work on rotational shifts and be available 24ร7 on-call as per business needs.
- Perform internal (IV) and external (OV) field visits when required.
