- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Manage branch-level customer service, sales, HR, and administration.
- Analyze local market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and subscriber growth.
- Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Support local branch expansion in coordination with the regional office.
- Track performance metrics like ROI, KPIs, bandwidth usage, and subscriber base.
- Coach and lead the team to improve performance and productivity.
- Resolve employee concerns and strengthen engagement.
- Stay informed about market competition and trends.
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions.
