- Handle vendor coordination, procurement processes, and contract management.
- Coordinate travel logistics, accommodation, and transport arrangements.
- Maintain records of expenses, contracts, and procurement activities.
- Support event logistics, staff onboarding, and general admin support.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local administrative regulations.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team on employee support tasks.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the corporate sector.
