๐ข Key Responsibilities
๐น Finance & Administration
- Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and financial documents
- Support payment processing, travel settlements, and project finance
- Maintain proper office operations
๐น Logistics & Procurement
- Coordinate travel, hotels, and vendors
- Manage inventory, supplies, and procurement processes
- Maintain vendor contracts and records
๐น Financial Reporting & Monitoring
- Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation
- Monitor project expenses and compliance
- Support sub-grantees in financial management
๐น HR & Documentation
- Maintain employee records, timesheets, and agreements
- Ensure compliance with HR policies
๐น Field Support
- Organize meetings, workshops, and field activities
- Prepare reports, minutes, and documentation
๐น Audit Support
- Assist in audit preparation and compliance tracking
๐ข Required Qualifications
๐ Education
- Bachelorโs Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
๐ผ Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting/project roles
๐ง Skills
- Financial reporting & accounting systems knowledge
- Strong communication (English & Nepali)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to work in remote areas and travel frequently
๐ข Preferred Skills
- NGO/INGO experience in Nepal
- Knowledge of government financial policies
- Experience in donor-funded projects
- Familiarity with Dolpa region and culture
