๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
For AGM:
- Develop and execute business plans (deposit mobilization, credit growth, product diversification)
- Monitor revenue, cost, and profitability targets
- Oversee credit appraisal, approval, and risk management
- Ensure portfolio quality (NPL control) and regulatory compliance
- Perform duties as directed by CEO
For Senior Manager:
- Manage branch operations and workflow efficiently
- Achieve business targets (loan growth, deposits, etc.)
- Conduct credit analysis and monitoring
- Supervise staff and improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and banking standards
For Manager:
- Lead Credit Administration Department
- Ensure compliance with NRB guidelines
- Maintain customer relationships and service quality
- Handle daily operations and transaction accuracy
๐ Eligibility Criteria
๐ Education:
- Masterโs Degree in Management / Banking / Finance / Business Administration from a recognized university
๐ผ Experience:
- AGM:
- Minimum 12 years experience
- At least 8 years in managerial roles
- Senior Manager:
- Minimum 10 years experience
- At least 5 years in managerial roles
- Manager:
- Minimum 8 years experience
- At least 4 years in managerial roles
๐ Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Commercial Banks and Development Banks
๐ฏ Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, credit, and risk management
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage credit portfolio and maintain asset quality
- Result-oriented and professional personality
๐ Age Limit
- AGM: Not exceeding 50 years
- Senior Manager & Manager: Not exceeding 45 years
