🔧 Key Skills & Responsibilities

✔ Lead & Manage Technical Teams

  • Build and guide high-performing technical support and field operations teams.
  • Mentor supervisors to ensure SOP compliance, technical excellence, and customer-centric service.

✔ Handle Critical Technical Escalations

  • Resolve complex issues related to:
    • Routing Protocols, VLANs
    • GPON & Active Fiber
    • Enterprise Networking & Enterprise Wi-Fi
  • Ensure minimal downtime for enterprise-level clients.

✔ Customer Communication & Escalation Handling

  • Interact directly with enterprise customers during priority incidents.
  • Provide timely technical updates and resolution support.

✔ Process Optimization & Automation

  • Improve SOPs and implement automation in ticketing workflows.
  • Ensure SLA compliance through streamlined operations.

✔ KPI Analysis & Reporting

  • Use ticketing and performance analytics tools to track operational KPIs.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.

✔ Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Support, Sales, Field Teams, NOC, Systems, and Logistics.
  • Coordinate with external partners to enhance enterprise service quality.

✔ Training & Development

  • Conduct regular training on technical skills, communication, and operational best practices.
  • Stay updated on telecom and networking trends to boost team capability.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Management, or related fields (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in technical operations or support management in the ISP/telecom sector.
  • Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams under high-pressure conditions.
  • Strong understanding of internet technologies, enterprise networking, and telecom systems.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service quality standards for enterprise clients.
