Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the Caregiver Job in Kathmandu must have at least a SEE pass qualification.

Job Responsibilities
The selected Patient Care Assistant will be responsible for supporting patients and assisting nursing staff with non-clinical patient-care duties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Help patients with feeding and maintaining adequate hydration as instructed by nursing staff.
- Assist patients with mobility, positioning, and safe transfers.
- Maintain patient comfort, hygiene, and a safe care environment.
- Support nurses and other healthcare professionals with non-clinical patient-care activities.
- Observe patients and promptly report changes in their condition to the assigned nurse.
- Follow infection-prevention, hand-hygiene, and hospital safety procedures.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the patient’s immediate care area.
- Provide compassionate and respectful support to patients and their attendants.
- Perform other patient-support duties assigned by the nursing supervisor.
