Minimum Qualification & Requirements
- Masterโs degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized university
- Age: 21 to 50 years (for female, upper age limit extended by 5 years)
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in banks or financial institutions
- At least 5 years in managerial level
- Strong knowledge of policy-making, guidelines, planning, and implementation
- Proficiency in computer, internet, and analytical skills
- Good moral character and willingness to serve in the microfinance sector
