Bahini Educare Foundation (BEF) is a women-led, community-driven organization dedicated to creating independent and empowered lives for single mothers and their children. We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic FEMALE professional to join us as a Sustainable Futures Coordinator (SFC).
๐ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate programs focused on skill development, job training, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship.
- Work directly with marginalized women to foster economic independence and resilience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement sustainable livelihood initiatives.
โ Eligibility Criteria:
- Gender: Female (Mandatory โ women empowerment focus)
- Age: 20 to 40 years
- Education: Bachelorโs or Masterโs in Social Work, Development Studies, Economics, or relevant fields
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in:
- Livelihood or community development
- Women empowerment programs
- Preferred: Candidates from marginalized or disadvantaged communities are highly encouraged to apply
