1. Senior MEAL Officer

Job Summary:
The Sr. MEAL Officer will develop and implement the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) framework for ROYM-Nepalโs projects. The officer will work closely with district teams to ensure quality data collection, analysis, knowledge sharing, and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project-level MEAL activities.
- Implement routine data collection through ROYM-Nepalโs database.
- Produce reports, learning documents, and knowledge products.
- Support evidence-based decision-making for project improvement.

2. Program Coordinator (ESC Rights Thematic Lead)

Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator (PC) will lead programs under Economic, Social and Cultural (ESC) Rights. The position focuses on sustainable livelihood, advocacy, social leadership development, and youth/women empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, management, and implementation.
- Manage advocacy programs and capacity building of marginalized groups.
- Coordinate with provincial and district-level teams (Madhesh & Bagmati).
- Organize training, workshops, and stakeholder communications.

3. DRR and Social Mobilization Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Support inclusive community-based disaster preparedness.
- Work with provincial/municipal governments to strengthen DRR systems.
- Mobilize communities and facilitate capacity building.
