Rural Development Centre (RDC) Nepal is a well-established non-political, non-profit NGO founded in May 2002 with its head office in Rautahat District, Nepal. RDC has been actively implementing humanitarian assistance, community development, environmental conservation, and long-term development programmes in the Terai region. The organization serves children, adolescents, youth, women, persons with disabilities, landless families, disaster survivors, and marginalized groups including Dalits, Muslims, Madheshi, and Indigenous communities.
In partnership with World Vision International Nepal (WVIN), RDC Nepal is implementing the Integrated Programme Framework and Core Project Models of CVA, Child Protection Core, and Protection in Garuda and Madhavnarayan Municipalities of Rautahat District. RDC now invites applications from qualified and motivated Nepali citizens for the following position.

Required Academic Qualification
- Bachelorโs degree in Social Work, Law, Child Rights, or a related field.
Key Skills & Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in child protection, safeguarding, GBV prevention, or protection programming.
- Strong knowledge of child protection policies, case management, referral mechanisms, and community-based protection systems.
- Competence in working with vulnerable children and families.
- Excellent advocacy, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with local authorities, stakeholders, and community actors.
