Seto Gurans Child Development Service, Rupandehi, a leading women-led non-governmental organization established in 2055 BS, announces a Project Coordinator Job Vacancy for its ongoing education and life-skills project in Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City.
Seto Gurans works in the areas of Early Childhood Development, Nutrition, Health, WASH, Education, Child Protection, Women and Adolescent Empowerment, and Livelihoods. Currently, the organization is implementing the โLearning for Lifeโ project, focusing on out-of-school adolescent girls in close coordination with schools and community groups.

๐น Key Responsibilities
- Overall management and implementation of project activities
- Supervision, mentoring, and technical support to field staff
- Coordination with local governments, schools, community groups, and stakeholders
- Ensure quality implementation, monitoring, documentation, and learning
- Data management, reporting, and progress tracking
- Conduct trainings and capacity-building activities as required
๐น Required Skills & Qualifications
๐ Educational Qualification
- Bachelorโs degree in Education or equivalent from a recognized institution
๐ง Experience & Competencies
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the relevant sector
- Strong understanding of adolescents, especially out-of-school girls
- Proven experience in project and team management
- Experience in life-skills or education-based projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong reporting, documentation, and data management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience working with marginalized children and communities (preferred)

- Valid two-wheeler driving license
