Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Product Manager in all phases: ideation, development, testing, launch, and post-launch.
- Act as a bridge between product, engineering, design, QA, marketing, sales, and support teams for smooth coordination.
- Maintain product backlogs, user stories, and documentation in Jira, Confluence, or other tools.
- Track tasks, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery within sprints.
- Organize and document stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and product reviews with clear action points.
- Support release management by coordinating with QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze user feedback, support tickets, and product usage data for improvements.
- Research market trends, competitor analysis, and user behavior insights to assist product decisions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports on features, KPIs, and team velocity.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, training, and product knowledge sharing.
Eligibility & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product coordination, product management, or related roles.
Technical Skills:
- Agile Methodologies & Development Practices
- Product Management Tools (Figma, Miro)
- Project Management Tools (Jira, Trello, Zoho)
- Basic Programming Knowledge
- Version Control Systems (Git)
- Database Concepts & API Understanding
- Web Technologies & Cybersecurity Awareness
- Understanding of Technical Debt
