NGO INGO Jobs in Nepal 2025 – Rural Women Upliftment Association (RWUA) Vacancy
Rural Women Upliftment Association (RWUA), a women-led non-governmental and non-profit organization established in 2050 B.S. (1993 A.D.), has been working for over 33 years in women empowerment and community development.
In partnership with Save the Children, RWUA has been implementing the SAMUNNATI Sponsorship Project in Sarlahi District since 2017.
RWUA now invites applications from qualified Nepali citizens for the following NGO INGO job opportunities in Nepal 2025:
1️⃣ Position: MEAL and Documentation Officer
- Level: Officer
- Duty Station: RWUA Office, Haripur-02, Sarlahi (with 70% field travel)
- Reports to: Sr. Project Coordinator/Manager/MEAL Focal Person
- Supervises: MEAL Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement MEAL systems (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning).
- Conduct quality monitoring, data verification, DQA, and feedback systems.
- Support baseline, midline, and endline evaluations.
- Ensure accountability, complaints handling, and community consultations.
- Document success stories, case studies, and lessons learned.
- Manage MEAL databases (KOBO, OPMIS) and ensure data quality.
- Support ownership transition and reporting to Save the Children.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Statistics, Education, or Public Health.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in NGOs/INGOs.
- Knowledge of MEAL tools (FRM, QBs, IPTT, DQA) and software like MS Office, KOBO, Power BI, OPMIS.
- Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
2️⃣ Position: Supply Chain Coordinator
- Level: Coordinator
- Location: RWUA, Haripur, Sarlahi (40% field travel)
- Reports to: Sr. Project Coordinator
- Supervises: Supply Chain Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement and vendor management as per RWUA & donor compliance.
- Maintain procurement tracker, contracts, and vendor database.
- Manage inventory, assets, and fleet operations (vehicles, logbooks, insurance).
- Support logistics for trainings, workshops, and program activities.
- Prepare monthly procurement and logistics reports.
- Supervise and train supply chain staff on compliance procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s in Business Studies/Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/procurement (NGO/INGO preferred).
- Knowledge of FAMAS, Excel, and procurement systems.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license required.
