Looking to grow your career in business development or digital wallet services? eSewa is hiring 15 Market Representatives to join our field sales and agent support team. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to work with Nepal’s No.1 digital wallet and contribute to the nationwide expansion of digital financial services.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
📌 New Agent Identification & Onboarding
- Visit various market locations to scout and evaluate potential agents.
- Guide agents through documentation, registration, and training processes.
📌 SIM Dispatch & Agent Activation
- Manage SIM distribution and deliver promotional materials (POS, banners, etc.).
- Liaise with technical teams for SIM provisioning and digital wallet integration.
📌 Agent Relationship & Retention
- Maintain regular communication with agents to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor agent activity, encourage usage, and resolve operational issues.
🔹 Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum: +2 (Intermediate Level)
- Preferred: Bachelor’s in Management or related field
- Prior experience in field sales, agent onboarding, or digital wallet services is a plus.
