๐ Job Summary:
Jyoti Community Development Service Nepal (JCDS Nepal), a non-governmental social organization, is seeking an honest, responsible, and service-oriented female candidate for the post of Border Surveillance Counselor to strengthen its anti-human trafficking programs.
๐ Minimum Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Passed SLC or equivalent (higher qualifications preferred)
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Preference will be given to those with experience in social work, community mobilization, or anti-human trafficking (freshers can also apply)
- Knowledge of cross-border human trafficking issues
- Proficiency in Nepali, Hindi, and English languages
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
๐ง Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report incidents of human trafficking in the assigned area
- Coordinate with local authorities, security personnel, and relevant stakeholders
- Identify, counsel, and assist individuals at risk or potential victims of trafficking
- Prepare and submit required reports to the organization on a regular basis
- Support awareness-raising programs
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, services provided, and outcomes during surveillance activities
