Grantha Networks Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a skilled IT System Administrator – Tech Lead to join our growing tech team. If you’re an expert in Windows/Linux server management, cloud computing (AWS, Azure), virtualization, and network security, this opportunity is for you!
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Lead deployment, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of IT infrastructure: Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, routers, switches, storage, and backups.
- Handle escalated technical issues in systems, cloud, and network infrastructure.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, Office 365, PAM, DNS, DHCP, and endpoint protection tools.
- Oversee virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
- Create and update IT documentation, network diagrams, and system procedures.
- Execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and deployment projects.
- Implement robust cybersecurity practices using firewalls, antivirus, VPNs, and IDS/IPS.
- Mentor junior IT staff and manage IT team workflows.
- Work closely with other departments to align tech solutions with business goals.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of IT system administration experience, including 1–2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Proficient in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Sound knowledge of networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs.
- Experience with enterprise backup systems and endpoint protection tools.
- Solid background in firewall configuration and network security.
- Preferred certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
- VMware VCP
- Cisco CCNA
- CompTIA Security+
