Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, networking, or technical roles

Job Responsibilities:
As an Enterprise Field Support agent, you will:
- Maintain and troubleshoot corporate and consumer client internet connectivity
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize computer systems and client networks
- Provide first and second-line IT support including LAN/WAN, fiber connectivity, and hardware/software issues
- Assist marketing agents with technical support for new installations
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems via phone or in-person
- Install and operate internet systems at client sites
- Maintain proper documentation of technical solutions and daily tasks
- Conduct proactive corporate client visits and report weekly/monthly
- Support roll-out of new applications and technologies
- Replace equipment or parts as required
- Test and evaluate new technology to improve client services
- Prioritize and manage multiple open support cases efficiently
Daily Reporting Tasks:
- Proactive follow-ups with corporate clients
- Desktop support documentation
- Field visit (FV) support with forms
- Installation visits with client internal networks
- Any training sessions conducted
- Summary of daily activities
