๐ Minimum Qualifications:
- Biomedical Technician: 10+2 Science (I.Sc.) with at least 1 year of training in Biomedical Technician or Equipment, or Certificate level in Biomedical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Staff Nurse: PCL Nursing or equivalent from a recognized institution with valid registration in Nepal Nursing Council.
- Lab Technician: Certificate level in Lab Technician course with valid council registration.

- Copy of Citizenship Certificate
- Academic Certificates & Character Certificate
- Valid Council Registration or Renewal Certificate (Equivalency Certificate if studied abroad)
- Proof of Inclusion (if applicable): for Dalit, Indigenous, Marginalized, or Minority groups
- Application form and required documents must be submitted in a properly filed folder.

- NPR 700 (non-refundable) for Level 5 Assistant positions.
๐ Application Procedure:
Application forms can be obtained from the Administration Branch of District Hospital Faplu upon payment of the fee. Completed forms along with all required documents must be submitted to the same office no later than 2082/04/27 (during office hours).
