🎓 Minimum Qualifications & Experience

For All Positions:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management or Economics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License

Specific Requirements:

✅ Senior Officer (Ad No. 1)

  • Master’s degree in Management/Economics, or
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of experience in Officer-level position in bank, financial institutions, or tiered cooperatives
  • Preference to candidates with training in accounting, credit management, financial analysis, and who have worked as a branch manager or service center head
  • Age Limit: 25–40 years (up to 45 for female applicants)

✅ Officer – Accounts/Audit (Ad No. 2)

  • CA/ACCA or
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Management or Economics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, internal control or inspection at a Class A audit firm or cooperative organization
  • Age Limit: 21–35 years (up to 40 for female applicants)

✅ Junior Officer (Ad No. 3)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management/Economics
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, loan processing, or administration at a cooperative or financial institution
  • Preference to locals with experience and relevant training
  • Age Limit: 21–35 years (up to 40 for female applicants)
