Job Summary:
The Computer Service Technician will provide expert technical support, maintenance, and repair of computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite IT support and services at client locations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patches.
- Configure and manage Office 365 applications including Teams, OneDrive, and email.
- Administer Active Directory users, groups, and permissions.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Support and maintain network connectivity, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and recommend upgrades or replacements.
- Document incidents, solutions, and system changes accurately.
- Train and guide users on IT best practices and system usage.
- Follow company IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 configuration and support.
- Practical knowledge of Active Directory management.
- Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team environment.
