🔍 Position Overview
We are seeking a Manager – Partnership & Grant Management (MPGM) to lead and oversee all aspects of donor proposal development, grant management, compliance, and integration of impact measurement. This role acts as a vital bridge between our US and Nepal teams and ensures successful coordination across funding activities, donor engagement, and internal program objectives.
✅ Key Responsibilities
1. Proposal Development
- Lead the creation of compelling donor proposals aligned with strategic goals.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers and program teams across Nepal and the US.
- Use RACI matrix to define team responsibilities.
- Incorporate SMART impact indicators into all proposals.
2. Grant Agreement & Execution
- Review donor contracts and flag risks or compliance concerns.
- Coordinate with finance teams for fund tracking and reporting.
- Support timely execution and documentation of grants.
3. Donor Reporting & Compliance
- Oversee donor reports (narrative and financial), ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Communicate with field and finance teams regarding grant changes, delays, or budget shifts.
- Join donor meetings and site visits as needed.
4. Impact Measurement Integration
- Embed M&E practices into proposals and reports.
- Collaborate with M&E team for accurate data collection and reporting.
- Support capacity building among program and finance teams on impact metrics.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in International Development, Business, Public Policy, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in grant writing, proposal development, or impact measurement (6+ years for Bachelor’s degree holders).
- Strong understanding of donor compliance, budgeting, and impact frameworks.
- Experience working with international NGOs or development partners.
- Proficient in English and Nepali, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable working across Nepal and US time zones.
