Associate QA Engineer Job in Nepal

๐ Job Responsibilities
- Understand and implement QA processes within SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements
- Perform application testing, including:
- API testing (REST & SOAP)
- Database testing and validation using SQL queries
- Develop and execute automation scripts using tools such as:
- Selenium
- Cypress
- Postman
- JUnit
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps using JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar bug-tracking tools
- Participate in regression, smoke, and performance testing
- Integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Analyze requirements and prepare test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Mentor junior QA team members and support team quality initiatives

Education
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
Experience
- Up to 2 years of hands-on experience in QA testing and test automation
- Fresh graduates with strong QA knowledge are encouraged to apply
