Green IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd is a leading IT company in Nepal, specializing in ICT services and enterprise solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated Admin & Finance Officer / Assistant to manage accounting, finance, and administrative operations, contributing to company growth and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions following standard procedures.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices and related documents.
- Initiate, manage, and monitor TT/LC processes and settlements.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
- Maintain and update inventory and stock records.
- Prepare regular expense and office budget reports.
- Compute salaries and transfer employee payments to bank accounts.
- Prepare Tax/VAT Returns and submit documents to IRD and related authorities.
- Manage balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Organize and maintain confidential company documents.
- Handle company correspondence, letters, emails, and packages.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales & operational reports and meet with BoD/Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (for Officer) or Bachelor Running (for Assistant) in Management or related field.
- 3+ years (Officer) / 1+ years (Assistant) experience in accounting and administration in ICT or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation principles.
- Experience in ICT industries is an advantage.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and organized.
- Preference for qualified female candidates.
