🎓 Minimum Qualifications:
For Officer Level (Ad No. 11 & 12):
- Master’s degree or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a related field at one level below in banks/financial/microfinance institutions.
- OR Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in microfinance at one level below.
- OR CA/ACCA passed with 1 year of related experience.
- OR Semi-qualified CA with 2 years of related experience.
For Supervisor to Junior Assistant (Ad No. 13 to 16):
- Bachelor’s or equivalent with relevant years of experience in microfinance institutions.
- Minimum qualifications and experience range from 1 to 5 years depending on the position and academic level.
- SEE or equivalent with experience also accepted for Assistant-level roles.
For Trainee (Ad No. 17):
- SLC/SEE passed from a recognized institution.
- Priority will be given to candidates with computer knowledge.
⏳ Age Limit:
- For Officer level (Ad No. 11 & 12): 21 to 40 years.
- For Assistant level (Ad No. 13 to 17): 18 to 35 years.
- Age limit is relaxed by 5 years for female candidates.
📝 Selection Process:
- Shortlisted candidates will be selected through a written exam and/or interview.
