A reputed National Level Development Bank with its corporate office in Kathmandu is seeking applications from qualified, experienced, and dynamic Nepalese citizens for the following post:
๐งโ๐ผ Position: Head โ Human Resources
Corporate Rank: Up to Assistant Manager
โ Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Masterโs Degree in Management, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university with at least second division marks.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of total work experience, with at least 1 year in the human resources field at a bank or financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).
- Age Limit:
- Officer Level: Not exceeding 40 years
- Managerial Level: Not exceeding 45 years
