Position Overview: Customer Experience Analyst

Are you passionate about data analysis, customer satisfaction, and digital product insights? eSewa is looking for a Customer Experience Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves analyzing customer behavior data to improve digital experience and engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • 🔍 Use Python to process structured customer/business data and generate automated reports.
  • 📊 Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Excel (Power Query).
  • 🧪 Conduct A/B testing and impact analysis to optimize customer engagement strategies.
  • 📈 Prepare comprehensive reports on customer trends, KPIs, and actionable insights.
  • 🧹 Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting tools.
  • 🔗 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and business analysts.
  • 🏗 Assist in managing data lakes and support advanced analytics efforts.
  • 🚀 Stay updated on emerging data visualization and analytics trends.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or relevant field.
  • 📆 Minimum 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles.
  • 🧠 Strong command of Excel, Power BI, SQL, DAX, and Python.
  • 🧩 Experience in customer journey mapping and segmentation.
  • 📌 Knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and analytics infrastructure.
  • ✍️ Ability to translate technical insights into business-friendly language.

Preferred Skills

  • ✅ Strong analytical and critical thinking ability.
  • ✅ Proficiency in data visualization best practices.
  • ✅ Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • ✅ Prior experience in customer analytics or digital product performance tracking.
