Position Overview: Customer Experience Analyst
Are you passionate about data analysis, customer satisfaction, and digital product insights? eSewa is looking for a Customer Experience Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves analyzing customer behavior data to improve digital experience and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Use Python to process structured customer/business data and generate automated reports.
- 📊 Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Excel (Power Query).
- 🧪 Conduct A/B testing and impact analysis to optimize customer engagement strategies.
- 📈 Prepare comprehensive reports on customer trends, KPIs, and actionable insights.
- 🧹 Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting tools.
- 🔗 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and business analysts.
- 🏗 Assist in managing data lakes and support advanced analytics efforts.
- 🚀 Stay updated on emerging data visualization and analytics trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or relevant field.
- 📆 Minimum 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles.
- 🧠 Strong command of Excel, Power BI, SQL, DAX, and Python.
- 🧩 Experience in customer journey mapping and segmentation.
- 📌 Knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and analytics infrastructure.
- ✍️ Ability to translate technical insights into business-friendly language.

- ✅ Strong analytical and critical thinking ability.
- ✅ Proficiency in data visualization best practices.
- ✅ Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- ✅ Prior experience in customer analytics or digital product performance tracking.
