📊 Position Summary
The Data Analyst – Digital Channels will support data-led decision-making across the Bank’s digital ecosystem, including:
- Mobile Banking
- Internet Banking
- Debit/Credit Cards
- Digital Wallets
- Digital Loans
- Virtual Credit Cards
- APIs & other digital touchpoints
This position focuses on customer behavior analysis, digital product performance, and end-to-end digital journey optimization to improve customer adoption, engagement, efficiency, and revenue generation.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer usage and performance across digital banking channels
- Track key digital banking KPIs such as:
- Active users
- Transaction volumes
- Conversion rates
- Funnel drop-offs
- Digital revenue contribution
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics insights for senior management
- Support digital product teams with data-driven recommendations
- Conduct cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and customer segmentation
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience (CX) and reduce friction
- Support A/B testing, pilots, and new digital initiatives
- Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Risk, Digital Product, and Business teams
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory standards
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in:

- 3–5 years of experience in:
