๐ Minimum Qualification & Experience
โถ๏ธ Senior Officer โ Planning & Monitoring
- Bachelorโs Degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience at Officer/Senior Officer level in the central office of a microfinance institution
โถ๏ธ Assistant
- Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) or +2 completed
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Junior Assistant in a microfinance institution
- Willing to work in rural field areas
โถ๏ธ Junior Assistant
- SLC or equivalent passed
- At least 1 year of work experience in a microfinance institution
- Preference given to candidates with +2 or PCL
- Must be willing to work in rural/field areas
๐ฏ Age Limit
- Advertisement No. 7: Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years
- Advertisement No. 8 & 9: Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years
- Female candidates are provided an additional 5 years age relaxation
