- Achieve assigned sales targets as per company sales plans
- Conduct market visits and territory coverage regularly
- Explore and develop new markets within the assigned region
- Identify and qualify potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Ensure timely collection of sales receivables to complete the sales cycle
- Execute daily sales and marketing activities effectively
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team for brand promotion and lead generation
- Maintain strong customer relationships to increase repeat sales
๐ Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 1+ year experience in sales or marketing (automobile sales experience preferred)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Mandatory: Valid two-wheeler driving license with own two-wheeler
