- Manage incoming customer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer inquiries with accurate, complete, and helpful information using the appropriate tools.
- Investigate customer complaints, verify information, and identify the root cause of issues.
- Provide effective solutions within defined timeframes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, complaints, and resolution steps.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through clear, respectful, and proactive communication.
- Follow company communication procedures, service guidelines, and policy standards.

- Fresh graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in both Nepali and English.
- Basic knowledge of digital wallets and payment platforms is a plus.
