📋 Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation of project proposals, reports, and documents.
- Assist in organizing workshops, policy dialogues, and field visits.
- Manage records, track project progress, and update internal databases.
- Provide coordination, communication, and administrative support.
- Maintain filing systems and support project documentation.
- Liaise with stakeholders and contribute to programme operations.
✅ Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in programme support, preferably with UN, I/NGOs, or donor-funded projects.
- Fluent in English and Nepali.
- Must be a Nepali national.
🧠 Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Experience in logistics, stakeholder follow-up, and document preparation.
- Familiarity with FAO/UN systems (e.g., COIN, FPMIS, GRMS) preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Prior work experience with UN agencies or international development partners.
- Understanding of FAO’s work and agricultural development issues in Nepal.
- Good networking and stakeholder coordination abilities.
