📄 Job Description
- Develop and execute branch-wise sales plans to meet monthly targets.
- Oversee smooth installation of services and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Ensure efficient logistics and field service operations across branches.
- Deliver excellent customer service both in-field and at branch level.
- Resolve customer complaints and internal issues quickly and effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and feedback.
- Manage overall branch operations, including sales, HR, customer service, and administration.
📌 Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Willingness to relocate outside the valley and conduct regular field visits.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide teams toward achieving targets.
- Familiarity with branch-level sales, administration, and financial processes is a plus.
- Self-driven, mature, and result-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written formats.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and during non-standard hours.
- Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driving license.
