Job Responsibilities

The Resource Coordination Assistant works under the supervision of the Resource Coordination Specialist and manages administrative activities of the Public Affairs Section.

Main duties include:

  • Managing administrative and program coordination tasks
  • Supporting grants administration and program budgeting
  • Tracking program expenditures and financial records
  • Managing Time & Attendance records of employees
  • Handling travel arrangements, vouchers, and representation activities
  • Coordinating section calendars and schedules
  • Serving as the primary contact for visitors and inquiries
  • Providing high-quality customer service and administrative support

Education Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

Option 1

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Public Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative services, procurement, customer service, or event management.

Option 2

  • At least 2 years of college education
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in administrative services, procurement, customer service, or events management.

Required Experience

Candidates must have progressively responsible experience in:

  • Administrative services
  • Procurement or logistics
  • Customer service
  • Event management

Language Requirements

Applicants must have strong language skills:

  • Fluent English (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
  • Fluent Nepali (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
