🎓 Required Qualifications:

📋 Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Collaborate with regional and branch managers to determine staffing needs.
- Create compelling job descriptions tailored to specific roles.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, referrals, social media).
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Ensure a smooth and professional interview experience for all stakeholders.
- Maintain communication with candidates regarding interview feedback and next steps.
Offboarding & Exit Process:
- Manage employee resignation processes and conduct exit interviews.
- Collect feedback to enhance employee experience and reduce turnover.
- Handle clearance procedures including return of assets and final payments.
- Ensure all offboarding activities are compliant with internal policies and legal standards.
HR Operations & Support:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
- Support in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits management.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related guidance.
