📋 Roles and Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with regional and branch managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Create compelling job descriptions tailored to specific roles.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, referrals, social media).
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional interview experience for all stakeholders.
  • Maintain communication with candidates regarding interview feedback and next steps.

Offboarding & Exit Process:

  • Manage employee resignation processes and conduct exit interviews.
  • Collect feedback to enhance employee experience and reduce turnover.
  • Handle clearance procedures including return of assets and final payments.
  • Ensure all offboarding activities are compliant with internal policies and legal standards.

HR Operations & Support:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
  • Support in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits management.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related guidance.
