Official Notice: Social Welfare Education Award 2082
The Government of Nepal, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has officially announced the call for applications for the Social Welfare Education Award 2082.
This award will be presented on the occasion of National Education Day 2082 to recognize and honor individuals, NGOs, and organizations who have made remarkable contributions to the education and welfare of:
- Street children
- Children of HIV/AIDS-infected parents
- Orphans, differently-abled, marginalized, and underprivileged children
Eligible candidates will be awarded cash prizes and certificates of appreciation.
📝 Eligibility & Required Documents
Applicants (individuals or institutions) must submit their applications by 2082/05/15 with the following documents:
(A) Mandatory Documents
- Organization’s constitution (including objectives and preamble)
- Work experience in the related sector
- Number of children benefited
- Proof of reputation and credibility
- Organizational structure, assets, and funding sources
- Audit report and renewal certificate
- Human resource management details
- Number of rehabilitated children through education
- Records of social service and creative work
- Service area (remote or urban)
(B) Additional Requirements
- Profile of organization / Bio-data for individuals
- Other supporting details related to award eligibility
- Recommendation letter from local authority or District Administration Office
- Self-declaration confirming eligibility as per prevailing law
