Eligibility Criteria:
- Citizenship: Must be a Nepali citizen.
- Educational Qualification:
- Public Health Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from a recognized institution and registered with Nepal Health Professional Council.
- Assistant Optician Inspector: Certificate level in Optician from a recognized institution and registered with Nepal Health Professional Council.
- Field Assistant: Minimum SLC/SEE or equivalent qualification.
- Age: 18–35 years (up to 40 years for women).

Submit applications to Siyari Rural Municipality Office, Harnaiya, Rupandehi within office hours. The last date for submission is 2082/05/23.
