Educational Qualification

- Provide first-level IT support to Head Office and branch employees.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Monitor servers, networks, internet connectivity, and IT security systems.
- Manage user accounts and system access permissions.
- Perform system backups, software updates, and preventive maintenance.
- Support the insurance management system and business applications.
- Coordinate with software vendors and IT service providers.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform additional IT-related tasks assigned by management.
