💼 Job Role: Senior Finance Manager
WorldLink is looking for a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager with strong expertise in financial management, data analytics, business intelligence, and telecom finance operations. This is a full-time, on-site role in Kathmandu with career growth opportunities to senior leadership positions.

📊 Financial Operations
- Supervise and ensure accuracy in regional finance operations.
- Lead and mentor finance teams with cross-functional accountability.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Required: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent
- Preferred: MBA in Finance/Accounting
- Certifications in financial modeling, data analytics, or business intelligence are a plus
Experience
- 10+ years in senior financial management roles
- Strong leadership and telecom industry experience preferred
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, NFRS compliance, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Power BI, and data analytics
- Fluency in Nepali and English (written & spoken) is mandatory
