📍 Position Details
- Position Title: Research Consultant (1 Position)
- Location: Kathmandu with field visits (as required)
- Duration: 4 months (until February 2026)

📑 Key Responsibilities
As the Research Consultant, you will:
- Lead the baseline assessment and HIP prevalence study.
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research.
- Map private healthcare services across Nepal.
- Ensure data quality, ethical compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage field operations, logistics, and research teams.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality reports and presentations.
🎓 Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with:
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or Social Sciences.
- At least 5 years of research experience in public health projects.
- Strong knowledge of statistical software (SPSS, STATA, R) and qualitative tools (NVivo, Atlas.ti).
- Experience in digital data collection and field team management.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and familiarity with health facility assessment tools.
