๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to schools and communities for data collection
- Select research participants and obtain consent forms
- Coordinate with schools to ensure smooth research operations
- Ensure quality and accuracy of collected data
- Assist in translating and finalizing research tools and questionnaires
- Work closely with Project Coordinator and Research Supervisor
- Submit regular reports and updates
- Perform other assigned research-related tasks
๐ Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree (BA, BEd, BPH or related field) OR relevant health training
- Must be a Nepali citizen
๐ก Skills & Experience
- Experience in community-based research and fieldwork
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in remote areas
- Flexible to work beyond office hours when needed
- Basic computer and tablet handling skills
โญ Preferred Qualifications (High Value Skills)
- Knowledge of:
- Quantitative Research
- Qualitative Research
- Mixed Research Methods
- Valid motorbike/scooter license

- After 1 month of practical work, performance evaluation will be conducted
