Social Awareness Centre (SAC) Nepal, a leading national NGO, is inviting applications from qualified and motivated Nepali professionals for a full-time Technical Coordinator (TC) position under an SRHR project in Dolpa.
SAC Nepal works to uphold the rights of marginalized and excluded communities through interventions in Health, Education, Livelihood, Protection, Climate Change, Disaster Management, Humanitarian Support, Organizational Development, and GEDSI. The organization is currently implementing projects across all 10 districts of Karnali Province.
๐น Project Details
SAC Nepal is implementing the Breaking Barriers for Girls SRHR (Kishori Sashaktikaran Pariyojana) โ a 3-year project in Thulibheri and Tripurasundari Municipalities, Dolpa, in partnership with Plan International Nepal, funded by BMG, and coordinated with local and provincial governments.

๐ Required Qualification & Experience
- Masterโs Degree in Public Health with minimum 2 years of experience,
OR - Bachelorโs Degree in Public Health with minimum 3 years of experience
- Mandatory Experience: SRHR (Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights)
๐ ๏ธ Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical leadership and coordination skills
- Experience in capacity building of project staff, local government, and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong skills in report writing, documentation, and case study preparation
- Willingness to work in remote and hard-to-reach areas
- Motorcycle license (two-wheeler) with ability to ride safely (preferred)

The Technical Coordinator will provide overall technical leadership to the project team and support capacity enhancement of local governments, stakeholders, and project staff in line with SRHR project objectives.
