Nepal Gaja Development Foundation (NGDF), with the support of FAIRMED Foundation Nepal, is implementing the SAMBODHAN Project in Baglung district. The project aims to enhance access to healthcare, improve maternal and child health, strengthen public health services, and promote hygiene and sanitation in local communities.
To ensure effective implementation of the project, NGDF invites applications from qualified, honest, and motivated Nepali citizens who are willing to work in rural areas for the following positions:
๐ฉบ 1. Health Facilitator (1 Position)
- Work Location: Burtibang Cluster, Baglung District
- Type of Exam: Written and Interview
- Salary & Benefits: As per project rules
Minimum Qualifications:
- Passed HA, CMA or +2 in any subject with at least 3 years of work experience in the related field
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Two-wheeler driving license required
- Local candidates will be given preference
๐งญ 2. Social Mobilizer (1 Position)
- Work Location: Dhorpatan Municipality, especially Ward No. 7, 8, and 9
- Type of Exam: Written and Interview
- Salary & Benefits: As per project rules
Minimum Qualifications:
- Passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary Level) or equivalent, or
- Passed ANM/CMA or any Technical Proficiency Certificate
- Prior experience in community mobilization, empowerment, and health-related activities is required
- Must have computer literacy
- Only local applicants will be considered for this position
