๐น 1. Head โ Compliance / Risk Department (Officer Level)
- Vacancy: Few
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelorโs Degree in Management (CA, Semi CA, ACCA preferred).
- Experience: At least 5 years in BFIs, currently in immediate lower position. Must have strong knowledge of General Banking Practice, Account Operation, CBS, NFRS & Financial Statement preparation.
- Age: Not exceeding 40 years as on deadline.
- Preference: Local candidates with Driving License.
๐น 2. Head โ Legal Department (Officer Level)
- Vacancy: 1
- Qualification: Bachelorโs Degree in Law with Advocate License (Masterโs preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in BFIs, preferably as Branch Manager or in Operation Department. Must be familiar with Acts, NRB Directives, and Banking Regulations.
- Age: Not exceeding 40 years.
- Preference: Local candidates with Driving License.
๐น 3. Branch Manager (Supervisor/Officer Level)
- Vacancy: Few
- Qualification: Bachelorโs Degree (Masterโs preferred) in Management.
- Experience: 3โ5 years in relevant field at BFIs, currently in immediate lower position. Must have strong knowledge of Credit & Branch Operations.
- Age: Not exceeding 40 years.
- Preference: Local candidates with 2-wheeler Driving License.

- Vacancy: Few
- Qualification: Minimum +2 in Management (Bachelorโs preferred).
- Experience: Prior banking experience required, currently in immediate lower position at BFIs.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of Pumori Software
- Hardware, Networking & SQL (for IT Assistant)
- Handling Mobile Banking, IPS (for IT Assistant)
- Language: Fluent in English (Written & Spoken).
- Age: Not exceeding 35 years.
- Preference: Local candidates with 2-wheeler Driving License.
